In collaboration with tennis aficionada Amanda Casanova from the association studiyo filipino, Kuwentuhang Sabado organized a free tennis trial class in Winterthur (ZH) for kids from the Filipino-Swiss Community on 17 March 2024.
During two hours, eight little athletes jumped as high as dolphins or baked tennis-ball cakes, all the while practicing the essential skills that real tennis pros bring to the court. Their moms and dads watched them from the grandstand and they all enjoyed a well-deserved meryenda afterwards.
Our thanks goes to Teacher Thana Schanz for putting together the fun-packed program. The kids enjoyed a truly unforgettable afternoon! Thanks also to all the parents for your support.
